No Returns or Exchanges

Because our items are custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returned items or offer exchanges. Once production begins on your order, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Quality Guarantee

We take great care in creating each piece. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective due to a manufacturing error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
